I had an odd but very positive experience with Head 2 Tow recently. I parked on the street in a neighborhood to meet with someone, and when I came back a few hours later, my car was gone. The resident of the house in front of which I had parked had called Head 2 Tow and had my car towed away. I was quite distraught, but when I called Head 2 Tow, but when I called the clerk (Carlton?) he checked the pictures, and said that since my vehicle had been parked legally, they would return it to me free of charge. When Mr. Larry brought it back to me, he voluntarily gave me some advice for new parts to buy, based on his experience as a mechanic, and showed me a better place to put my hide-a-key, lol. Considering these guys lost some time in turning a wrong into a right for me, I had to give them a good review in thanks! ~ Dominic D

My car broke down in the center median on i44. I had to use a tow service provided by the insurance company. I went to meet the driver at my car to give him the keys and he was there within literally an hour after putting in the order. He was very nice and polite. I do believe he told me his name was Billy?? 🤣🤷‍♀️ I’m horrible with names, so if I got it wrong I’m sorry fella. Either way it was exceptional service and Billy was very respectful and nice and he got my car home, and even tried to help figure out what might be wrong with it. Thank you again for your help and for getting my car home! ~ Girly J
